HOW DO WE CREATE YOU PERFECT ACCESSORY?
A design can be started after a detailed consultation including the following;
Your dress, Colours, Desired hairstyle, Theme, Other accessories to consider and any Likes or Dislikes.
Poppy will email any ideas and sketches of designs.You can reach Connie and Dolly by telephone please use the * Contact Us *page.
Connie and Dolly use the highest quality materials and can make a hairband, haircomb and tiara in Silver or Gold.Hairpins can either be Black, Blonde or Brown.Pearl and Crystal samples can be sent by post for a colour match.We cannot send any vintage items such as brooches that will be used in the finished piece.Hairbands can be wrapped in satin ribbon which comes in Ivory, White, Silver, Blonde/Gold and Brown to match haircolour.We have single and double hairbands and different size haircombs.
We use vintage and new pearls and crystals in our headpieces.
Poppy was a freelance hairstylist with many years experience on
bridal hair and fully understands which accessories suit certain styles
We select vintage treasures from London to New York.
Poppy will remain in contact to discuss any ideas and send
any pictures throughout the design process.
There is a deposit required for bespoke pieces this will be invoiced in an email when a design is decided and work is due to begin.This amount will be deducted from the total cost on your final payment invoice.
We cannot offer refunds on bespoke pieces. Bespke pieces CANNOT BE RESOLD on our website.
The wedding season is an exceptionally busy time so please
contact us in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please allow 12 weeks for your design to be completed this may vary depending on how many changes are made to the original designI Connie and Dolly understand that brides must be happy with their accessory, but we can only amend a bespoke design up to 3 times and on the last attempt a design must be settled and then put into production..We believe every bride should have the same amount of our time dedicated equally so we can fully work together on getting the design right.
